Thank you for taking time to complete our community survey.  We value your input into the strategic planning process for Steamboat Creates.  Your feedback will be included along with that of other community members so that the resulting strategic plan for Steamboat Creates reflects the input of the whole community.

Steamboat Creates evolved in Fall 2018 from the Steamboat Springs Arts Council (est. 1972). The driving force for this organizational evolution and associated name change is that Steamboat Springs was recently certified as a Colorado Creative District. The leadership of the organization believes that the new name, Steamboat Creates, reflects the vibrancy and vision of this exciting next phase for arts, culture, and all creative industries in Steamboat and Routt County while remaining true to the spirit of the founders of the Arts Council. The current strategic planning project will further align future programming and initiatives with an updated, community-wide vision.

While the name of the organization is “Steamboat Creates” to align with the formal registration name of our creative district at the state level, the organization serves citizens and visitors throughout Routt County.
