For ages 4 – 7: Awaken your inner creative through playful movement, imagination-based story telling, and sensory-inspired art. Classes will consist of mindful movement, artistic expression, developmentally appropriate yoga games, nature exploration, and guided relaxation. Students will strengthen emotional regulation, impulse control, body awareness and attention, with activities informed by mindfulness and positive psychology, designed to improve brain function. All while having a lot of fun!
