Did you know that the land where Elkstone Farm sits used to be a trout hatchery? In this workshop, we will revive some of the dishes that the Yampa Valley’s early pioneers would have eaten. We will make a delicious stuffed trout, skillet cornbread, and “Colorado succotash” among other things. Join us as we celebrate some of the delicious traditional foods of our valley!
