Based on the teachings of James Pennebaker, PhD, this six-week writing workshop provides a life-long foundation for exploring and releasing stress and grief through expressive writing. If you are experiencing feelings of uncertainty, fear or anxiety around COVID-19 or recent upheavals in your/our world, join Dagny McKinley, writing instructor, to begin the process of letting go.
