This four-week Sonic Arts TANK Mind Class is meant to bring you into a deeper awareness of the sonic space around you and a mindful practice that can benefit you in other areas of your life bringing a sense of peace and joy. Classes will be led by Sonic guides Samantha Wade, Michael Van Wagoner and Julie Noyes from a world-class sonic resource and recording venue in Rangely, Colorado called the Tank Center for Sonic Arts. Classes are meant to balance an expressive arts approach, using our skill of listening and cultivating the wellness practice of mindfulness. Along with experiencing a different Tank Master each class, you will contribute your own sound recordings for the sonic guides to “re-tank,” in other words, to play back in the Tank and record in all of its glorious resonance.

Classes are held on zoom. To register, email sylvie@steamboatcreates.org and include class title in subject.
