One-week camp for ages 11 – 14 at the Depot Art Center. Explore the myths surrounding wolves through story, writing exercises and art. Learn how wolves have been portrayed through stories and poems throughout the ages and write your own fairytales and poems about wolves. Create animal spirit masks, your own original wolf artwork and more!

Teacher: Dagny McKinley earned her MFA in Creative Writing from Naropa University. She has published 7 books and has toured from Colorado to Texas to California on book tours. Writing is her way of sharing her hopes, dreams, fears and insecurities with the world and hopes she can help others share their unique voice.
