Heritage

From the Ute Indians through fur trappers and the first settlers, Steamboat was founded for the lush valley it encompasses, the world renowned mineral springs and outdoor recreation that can’t be beat. But the backbone of this town, the ranching and agriculture communities, are what created the close-knit community Steamboat is known for. Our heritage is more than our past, our heritage is who we are today.
