Forty106 Dance Project, a contemporary/modern dance company, ventures into the human need to race to the finish line and waiting to cross it in its inaugural performance Hurry Up & Wait.
Meg Southcott, Founder and Artistic Director, connects music and movement to portray the angst we feel with the need to rush as well as provoking the audience to think about how we spend our time. This first dance project for Forty106 involves 5 dancers who have been dedicated to taking classes to further there technique, rehearsal, collaborating, laughing and crying; They are the perfect combination of women to help Meg execute this thought-provoking, athletic, energetic performance.
