Nightfall

Nightfall, defined as the onset of night time, is the tipping point when darkness overcomes the light of day, marking both an end and a new beginning. Focused on this theme, Jill Bergman and Paulina M. Johnson set out to create a body of work in their respective mediums. Both artists highlight the mystery of the nocturnal and recurring rhythms and patterns of nature. Their visual stories touch on the magic of the night and its roaming creatures, while speaking of the beauty we see on land and the depth within our night skies. This collection explores time from dusk ‘till dawn and, most importantly, it embodies Paulina and Jill’s common love for making art. We hope you enjoy this unique show!
