Kristin Ditlow is a renowned pianist and conductor and made her Opera Steamboat debut in 2021 as the music director of Le Nozze di Figaro.
She has trained as a solo coach and conductor at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, Westminster Choir College, Tanglewood Music Center, Franz Schubert Institut, San Francisco Opera Center-Merola, and the Eastman School of Music.
She will make house conducting debuts at Salt Marsh Opera, Permian Basin Opera, and Opera Ithaca during the 2021-2022 season.
She is the Music Director of the University of New Mexico Opera Theatre and has been an Assistant Professor of Vocal Coaching at UNM since 2014.
