September: The Character of Home
Character of Home — What gives a place its soul? Is it the curve of a river, the creak of a weathered barn door, the memories passed through generations, or the resilience etched into the land? For this September Exhibition, celebrate the unique spirit of Northwest Colorado. Explore the stories, textures, and identities that shape our sense of home and the familiar. Let your art tell the story of what makes this place not just where we live, but where we belong.
We encourage submissions that reflect the physical beauty of the landscape—its valleys, peaks, wildlife, and skies—as well as work that draws from the area’s cultural heritage: ranching roots, Indigenous histories, immigrant narratives, small-town traditions, and the rhythms of rural life. Multidisciplinary works are encouraged including: sculpture, paintings, poetry, contemporary installations, video, photography, and beyond.
