This one day class will provide numerous insights into teapot construction and design. Incorporating traditional methods from Yixing, China as well as contemporary practice, we will discover wheel and hand building methods to create teapots: spouts, handles, lids, and body. Bring your sketch books to take notes on all the tips and tools for crafting your own beautiful and highly functional teapot. The class will begin at 10am and run til 5pm, with a break for lunch.
